It is the policy of Cedar Engineering and Design Service,
LLC to accept orders and
payment for services by means of any one of the following:
Orders:
Company Purchase Order
Email
Phone (w/follow up email verification)
(include a thorough description of the work to be
performed)
Payment:
Company Check
Cashiers Check/Money Order
Checks/Money Orders should be made payable to:
Cedar Engineering and Design Service, LLC
Payment through Pay Pal
Pay Pal payment can be made to
sales_@cedarengineering.com using the Send Money option with or without
an account using any Credit Card accepted by the Pay Pal service.
Cash ($US) (do not send cash
using non secure delivery methods.)
Invoices will be sent
detailing all work performed.
Down payment of 25% required for all quoted work over $500.00.
Final payment will be required within 30 days
of invoice with a 5% discount for payment
within 10 days.
A 1.5% service fee will be added to any balance due after 30 days and each
month thereafter.
The policies contained on this or any other pages/documents
are subject to change at any time prior to receiving a valid purchase order and
down payment.
